•The appointed solicitor will manage a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions, restructures, shareholder agreements, share schemes, and general company law.

•You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex, high value transactions for a diverse range of clients, including high profile and fast growing companies in the video game and tech sectors.

•The firm is looking for a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in corporate law, possessing proven experience across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, and demonstrating strong commercial awareness.
