Job Description

Property Litigation Solicitor, 1+ Years PQE, Shropshire, £42,000+ (DOE) – We are currently looking for a talented and driven legal professional with a passion for resolving complex property disputes with at least 1 year’s PQE to join a growing team. JOB REF:0544.

THE ROLE:
• Advising clients on a broad range of property disputes, including both commercial and residential litigation
• Managing matters involving lease renewals, rent arrears, forfeiture, break notices, dilapidations, alienation, and boundary disputes
• Representing clients in Housing Act 2004 claims, section 214 compensation claims, possession proceedings, and disrepair cases
• Conducting your own advocacy where appropriate, and handling interim applications under the Civil Procedure Rules
• Supporting business development efforts and building strong relationships with referrers, estate agents, and local professionals

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 1 Years PQE.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, HMO tenancies, and property-related statutory claims
• You will be comfortable and confident in managing your own caseload from pre-action through to trial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset
• A proactive, professional, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving and case strategy
