JOB TITLE: Residential Property Paralegal
PQE: 12 months minimum experience
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
SALARY: Circa £25k

THE ROLE:
The appointed Residential Property Paralegal will be providing administrative and paralegal support to the busy residential property team. Office based, you will play an instrumental role in supporting the team and be expected to draft key documents, liaise with client and be on hand to ensure the smooth running of property transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have at least 12 months experience working within a residential property legal environment and possess strong organisational skills couple with the ability to multi-task. You will have proven experience of supporting fee earners and also be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
