SALARY: £90-120,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
An award-winning firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Solicitor to join its specialist Life Sciences practice. You will work with a wide range of clients across the life sciences sector, providing expert advice on matters such as IP licensing and collaboration agreements, clinical trial arrangements, research partnerships, promotional activities, and a variety of commercial contracts, including supply and manufacturing agreements.

The role also involves advising on IP strategy and protection, regulatory compliance specific to the life sciences industry, data protection, and undertaking due diligence for both corporate and commercial transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE from a leading law firm, with excellent technical experience in commercial law matters and demonstrable experience with life sciences businesses. You must possess strong drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and be committed to delivering exceptional client service.

THE FIRM:
Join the specialist Life Sciences practice of a highly respected UK Top 50 firm. You will advise a broad and diverse client base—including universities, research institutes, charities, and government bodies, as well as start-ups, fast growing businesses, and large multinational corporations.
