Job Title: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 3+
Location: SE London (Hybrid: 2 days in office)
Salary: £40-45K DOE + Benefits

The Role:
A rare opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-established legal team at a national household name. You will manage a varied caseload of contentious employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and redundancy claims. The work is tribunal-focused and often involves direct client contact from day one through to final hearing.

You will work collaboratively with other Lawyers across the team and benefit from an impressive internal support structure, legal tech tools and regular in-house training. This is an excellent position for someone seeking high-quality litigation work in a balanced and supportive environment.

The Candidate:
You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of handling employment disputes. You should have a strong understanding of the Tribunal procedure and ideally have experience with LEI-funded claims, although this is not essential. Candidates must be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
