•You will manage a diverse caseload of property transactions—including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters, development projects, landlord and tenant issues, property finance, and commercial licences.

•The appointed commercial property solicitor will deliver exceptional client service and build strong client relationships.

•Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law, with a proven track record in landlord & tenant and property finance matters and be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness.

•You will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors.

•The firm is also interested in Senior Solicitors who have their own network of contacts and are in a position to discuss a clear path to partnership, if not an immediate one.
