RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 7 + PQE, TYNE & WEAR, £45,000 - £55,000 DOE. •This role involves managing residential conveyancing matters, supporting the Head of Department with the day-to-day operations of the department, and providing supervision and guidance to junior team members.

•You will support the success of the department and the firm by driving business development and marketing efforts while consistently delivering exceptional quality and client care.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 7 years' post qualification experience, a strong background in managing complex domestic conveyancing matters.

• Proven ability to supervise and support junior team members with their caseloads, combined with essential experience usig the Land Registry Portal.
