PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 3+ PQE, BEDFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £60-80,000 (DOE) – Excellent opportunity to join the dynamic litigation team of this leading Lexcel accredited firm. JOB REF: 215300416

• The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Solicitor to join its property litigation team, providing vital support and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

• You will be responsible for handling a broad range of contentious property matters, including — but not limited to — commercial and residential lease disputes, Section 146 notices, forfeiture actions, lease renewals under Sections 25 and 26, service charge disagreements, Section 42 lease extensions involving absentee landlords, and applications for vesting orders.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record and strong technical expertise in property litigation matters. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a professional, detail-focused commitment to delivering outstanding client service are essential.

The firm offers a competitive benefits package, including annual salary reviews through its employee incentive scheme, flexible hybrid working options, a company pension scheme, death-in-service cover, a comprehensive health programme, and defined opportunities for career progression — with the potential to progress to Director level.

• To apply contact Gemma Jones at eNL on 0207 183 8586 or email gemma.jones@enllegal.co.uk with your CV or simply call for a confidential discussion.

eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission. As part of our candidate care process, we aim to respond to all applications in 7 days. If you have not been contacted within this timescale, your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
