Residential Conveyancing – Legal Assistant, 18 months’ experience, West Yorkshire, Up to £25,000 DOE. An exciting opportunity to join a well established and supportive conveyancing team, offering genuine training, development and the prospect of running a small caseload under supervision. OVERVIEW:
•Working within a busy residential conveyancing department supporting on all types of property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
•Opportunity to develop skills and progress, with the sup,ort of experienced conveyancers
•Duties include answering initial enquiries, quoting, client communication, drafting legal documents, updating case management systems, and liaising with third parties such as estate agents and lenders
•Competitive salary of £23,000 – £25,000, depending on experience
•Join a team that takes an active interest in your training and professional development
•The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months’ experience in a similar role
•You must be highly organised, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines
•Experience with case management systems is desirable (training provided)
•A full clean driving licence is preferred
