The most important requirement is that you are highly passionate about and dedicated to providing your clients with exceptional legal advice and helping through what is likely the most challenging time in their lives. Empathy and client care skills are of paramount importance.
You have at least three years’ family law experience gained in a reputable firm and are committed to pursuing a career as a family law specialist.
You have worked with HNW clients, have experience across a broad range of private family law matters. Mediation experience is beneficial.
You are comfortable managing a busy caseload and undertaking supervision of junior members of the team.
Experience of or an interest in business development will be advantageous.
