Employment Solicitor (Partner), 8+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £competitive (DOE) – Are you a seasoned Employment Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a driven and commercially astute Employment Partner to join a dynamic and growing firm. JOB REF:0267.
This is a rare opportunity to play a key strategic role in shaping the future of an employment department — leading client relationships, mentoring talent, and helping drive the business forward.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
• Lead and grow the Employment Team, advising on a wide range of employment and HR requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad client base
• You will be a qualified solicitor with 8+ years PQE, ideally with existing Partner or Legal Director experience
• A strong track record in business development and client retention
• Deep knowledge of employment matters
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a team and department
