PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR 5-10 PQE, LONDON, £ EXCELLENT SALARY, AND BENEFITS – Exciting opportunity to join a well-established and successful team amongst the Top 25 Best Law Firms in the UK. JOB REF: 215300067

• This firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its growing team to support the growth of the department, generate new work, and assist with business development endeavours.

• The role will involve managing a variety of disputes, including commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, rent recovery, possession, and forfeiture claims. Additional responsibilities will include handling disputes related to the enforcement of easements, rights of way, restrictive covenants, beneficial interests, and Party Wall issues.

• Possessing an interest in business development is ideal and you must be able to generate new work to support the growth of the team, as well as demonstrate the ability to manage an independent caseload.

• Additionally, experience in construction disputes is highly advantageous.

• The firm is considering candidates that have proven experience and excellent technical knowledge in property litigation. Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective teamwork, and a professional, diligent approach to delivering outstanding client service are essential.
