TRUSTS AND PROBATE SOLICITOR/ CILEX:
The ideal candidate will :
have 3 years’ or more PQE
have experience of:
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Intestate Estates
• Trusts, including tax principles affecting trusts upon creation and throughout their lifetime.
• Life Interest and Discretionary Trusts
have experience of managing a diverse client base, including older clients and high-net-worth individuals.
