REGULATORY LAWYER, 1 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, LONDON/ HYBRID, 18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, £54,000 TO £58,000 PRO RATA. Join a reputable organisation on an 18 month FTC. On offer is a competitive salary, generous annual leave, flexible working arrangements and many more! JOB REF: 9724

•As the appointed lawyer, you will investigate reports by gathering and assessing evidence, preparing bundles, drafting allegations and charges, and liaising with barristers, witnesses, and key stakeholders throughout the regulatory process.

•You will play an active role in hearings, providing support to counsel during tribunals and High Court appeals.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors, barristers, or legal executives with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in legal procedures and litigation, including substantial casework experience.

•The organisation is seeking a team player with a collaborative mindset, a willingness to share knowledge, and experience of regulatory procedures or working within a regulatory environment.
