Criminal Lawyer, Cornwall, Salary up to £54,080 - £61,650. THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of criminal and prosecution matters, combining court advocacy with advisory work on complex and sensitive issues. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in prosecutions, while making a meaningful contribution to securing justice for victims.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Barristers that currently hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales, that have resided in the UK for at least five years. You should have excellent verbal and written communication, along with the ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making skills. Ideally, candidates should have at least 2 years' previous experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions and demonstrate a genuine passion for this area of work.
