Residential Property Solicitor, NQ+ Years PQE, Surrey, £40,000+ (DOE) – Are you a junior Commercial Property Solicitor looking to secure a new opportunity with a progressive law firm? This could be the role for you! JOB REF:9623.

• An established law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to bolster their property team, offering support to the Head of Department and assisting with the growth of the practice.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and extensions, as well as shared ownership, remortgages, repossessions, landlord and tenant issues, equity release, rights of way, and easements.
• Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential.
