OVERVIEW:
• An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join an established law in the Nottinghamshire area within their busy and friendly teams.
• Appointed Residential Conveyancers will have at least 3 years of experience of dealing with their own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• You will be well organised, self-motivated and possess the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team.
• Ideal Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancers with significant experience in residential property matters.
• You will have experience of advising on remortgaging, sales and purchases, new build transactions and sales and purchases.
• Dealing with the full spectrum of residential property law, you will be able to manage your own caseload of matters and have excellent IT and interpersonal skills.
• Are you well versed in all aspects of residential property matters?
• Possess the capability to manage your own caseload of files from initial instruction through to completion?
