LEGAL ASSISTANT –RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 2 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, SURREY, UP TO £26,000 DOE. A reputable firm is seeking an experienced legal assistant to join their growing team in a client-facing role. •The appointed Legal Assistant will assist the conveyancing team in managing Residential Property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
•You will draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds, conduct property searches and essential checks, and provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
•The firm is seeking a legal secretary with at least 2 years of experience in conveyancing, or an audio typist with similar experience.
