The appointed Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to commercial and residential property law, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• You will be responsible for managing and overseeing your own caseload, which will include handling a variety of commercial leases, new builds, equity transfers, and both freehold and leasehold extensions. This role offers the opportunity for future progression into partnership.

• The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic property team, demonstrating strong previous experience and good technical expertise.

• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
