JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham

THE ROLE:
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to work on diverse client base with a particular focus on clients within the education and charity sectors. Joining this nationally recognised team, you will be advising on all aspects of corporate law within high profile national and international projects.

THE CANDIDATE:
Technically strong, the appointed Corporate Solicitor will have a proven track record across the range of corporate law; any experience advising clients within the public sector would be a distinct advantage but not essential. You will be ambitious and commercially aware and be looking to join a firm you are provided the opportunity to progress and develop within a highly ranked team.
