COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR 3+PQE
This highly reputable team act for investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities. Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained within a leading national or regional firm. You will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial property matters to include leases and agreements, secured lending and corporate support and mixed use site development matters. You should be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills and have an appetite for business development.
