Job Description
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – LOCUM, 3+ PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, £35-50p/h. Join a reputable firm, known for its strong regional influence. They are offering a locum position starting in October for a Solicitor skilled in both residential and commercial property law. JOB REF: 6783
•The ideal candidate will manage a varied caseload, dealing with both commercial and residential property transactions. You will draft and review legal documents and contracts, as well as provide expert advice on property law matters.
•Applicants must have a minimum of three years' experience in property law, with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial transactions. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are also essential.
•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
