•The successful Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive will be required to provide a full range of legal support relating to procurement, contracts, commercial and company law, amongst others, to a broad range of stakeholders.

•This role will require the appointed Lawyer to draft reports, tender documentation and contracts; namely framework agreements, IT contracts, social care contracts and building and civil engineering contracts.

•Company secretarial duties may also form part of this role along with support in connection with litigation, tribunals and other dispute resolution.
