SENIOR RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 6 YEARS’ + PQE, £41,000- £50,000 DOE, KENT, REF: 215296728

THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, and transfer of equity. You will manage your own caseload, offer detailed advice to clients, and engage in business development.

The firm is going through a period of growth, and this is an exciting opportunity to play an active role in its expansion and progress your career towards Partnership.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have 6 years’ PQE and be experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of residential conveyancing. The role will suit Solicitors who have experience of managing a high volume of matters, thrive in a busy work environment and are comfortable supervising more junior members of the team.
