OVERVIEW:

• The appointed Solicitor will handle an exciting and dynamic caseload of high-profile commercial matters.
• There is an opportunity to engage in international work.
• Duties include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
• You will provide legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters.
• You will assist with business development and maintain strong client relationships.
• You will participate in negotiations and transactions to ensure clients’ interests are protected.
• This role is fully office-based due to the nature of the team setup.
• The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and be a qualified solicitor.
• The firm is considering applications from individuals with newly qualified status up to 3 years PQE, gained in e either national firms or reputable niche firms.
