The appointed Legal Cashier will be responsible for providing support to the internal members of staff to ensure the smooth running of both the department and the firm.

•You will be expected to leverage your strong self-management skills and knowledge of legal sector accounting.

•You will maintain and reconcile client accounts, manage expenses, and post bills.

• Additional duties include write-offs, maintaining and reconciling the purchase ledger, handling nominal payments and VAT returns, and checking and paying search suppliers.

• The firm seeks an experienced legal cashier with a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting, along with familiarity with related terminology.

•You will work as part of a team, demonstrating high accuracy standards and maintaining confidentiality.

• The successful Legal Cashier should have relevant experience and the ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent telephone manners, interpersonal skills, and client liaison abilities are essential.
