Commercial Property Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) - A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. Job Ref: 6592

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• You will work on a varied case load to include, but will not be limited to, commercial sales & purchases, commercial leases & lease extensions and variations of leases.
• The appointed solicitor will have the ability to manage a caseload, be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered.
• You will be joining a thriving team, working closely with colleagues on complex, and sometimes difficult cases and taking a key role in the continued success of the department.
• The successful candidate will be self-driven and compassionate, with the ability to support the team effectively and confidently.
