OVERVIEW:
• The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of both commercial and residential property transactions.
• You will draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Conduct property searches, ensuring due diligence.
• Provide expert advice on property law matters.
• Negotiate and manage lease agreements.
• The firm will be considering candidates with a minimum of 8+ years post-qualification experience in property law.
• The firm offers a competitive salary and a supportive team environment.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of both residential and commercial transactions, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• The appointed candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful and confident liaison with all members and stakeholders of the business.
