THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen to join a growing agricultural property team in the Northampton area. The firm are looking for an experienced Agricultural Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to come in and hit the ground running and support the busy Partner and as time goes on deal with their own caseload of matters including sales and purchases of farms, agricultural land and rural properties, draft and negotiate agricultural leases to name but a few matters. The team deals with a variety of complex related matters and offers a very strong work life balance and flexible approach.

THE CANDIDATE:
Working within an experienced and skilled team, the appointed Agricultural Property Solicitor will have at least 4 years’ experience of advising on all aspects of agricultural property matters or proven commercial property experience with a genuine desire to specialise within agricultural property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious Property Lawyers to progress their career working within a friendly and progressive team. It is also a good opportunity for anyone with a property background who has an interest in the countryside coupled with a keen approach to accuracy and client service and a genuine willingness to continue to learn and develop. Newly Qualified Solicitors could be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within agricultural property or commercial property with a genuine passion to specialise in agricultural property work.
