RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 4 YEARS + PQE, £35,000- £45,000 dependent upon experience plus bonus, BEDFORDSHIRE

THE ROLE:
This busy regional firm is looking for either a Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, a Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive to join their residential conveyancing department. The team handles a broad range of matters including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership schemes, and transfer of equity. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, liaise with clients, and engage in business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing their own caseload, and have exceptional communication, drafting and time management skills. This role is well suited to a confident, self-motivated individual with up-to-date knowledge of the law and best practice across the full range of residential conveyancing matters.
