SALARY: £100K + (DOE)

THE ROLE:
Are you a seasoned Banking and Finance lawyer looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in finance and security documentation to join this specialist team. The team is recognised as a market leader, advising top sureties and issuers of bonds and guarantees across the UK on both domestic and international transactions. With over 20 years of experience, they have established a premier practice known for handling complex and structured surety transactions. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading experts in the field and become a key member of this close-knit team.

You will be advising on all aspects of bonds, guarantees, indemnities, and security arrangements and working on a variety of transactions including; custom and complex bond/guarantee wordings; facility/indemnity agreements; security arrangements; co-surety agreements; and inter-creditor agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum 6 years’ PQE with substantial experience in the finance and banking sector. You should be able to demonstrate real ambition and drive to progress within the team. Familiarity with the specific documents and arrangements mentioned is beneficial although not essential - comprehensive support and training will be provided.
