JOB TITLE:      Clinical Negligence Solicitor

PQE:                Newly Qualified
SALARY:          up to c£40,000 DOE

This position is ideal for Newly Qualified Solicitors who are eager to advance their expertise and career in Clinical Negligence law.

•The appointed Solicitor will handle a diverse caseload of various Clinical Negligence cases.

•You will be responsible for every stage of a Clinical Negligence claim, starting from initial case planning and investigation, through obtaining evidence, following the pre-action protocol, and proceeding with issuing and serving of proceedings.

•The successful applicant will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a strong enthusiasm for the role, and prioritise client care over all else.
