JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 4+ years
LOCATION: Tyne & Wear
SALARY: c£45,000 DOE
•The appointed Property Lawyer will be able to handle a caseload of a full range of Residential Conveyancing matters, that specifically includes Buy to Let property purchases, New build and Auction work.
•The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law with at least 4 years’ experience in residential property matters.
•The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication skills and be comfortable working within a team to achieve the department’s goals.
•You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.
