OVERVIEW:

• Due to expansion, this impressive niche technology and corporate practice have the need to appoint a commercial disputes lawyer.
• With experience in general commercial, technology, professional negligence and/or construction disputes, the role requires a commercially astute and competent litigator.
• Able to demonstrate excellent academics, experience from a leading City, West End, national or Legal 500 regional practice, this role requires excellent technical ability.
• Strong client skills and an interest to assist in the strategic growth of this leading practice, you will be creative and innovative in approach.
