THE ROLE:
This well-regarded firm is seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their prestigious personal injury team, with an exceptional understanding of matters relating to RTA, EL and PL claims - including brain injuries, serious injury / major trauma, and fatal cases with dependency claims. You will have the exciting opportunity to develop your career as you independently manage your own personal injury caseload with minimal supervision and deal with clients face to face.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and should be empathetic in their approach to clients, as well as having a proven track record of conducting high value multi track cases. It is expected that you should have a good understanding of funding, CFA/ATE and rehabilitation. A working knowledge of the rehabilitation code and the serious injury guide is also required.
