COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR, 1-3 PQE, LONDON, UPTO £45,000 – Hybrid and flexible working options available, attendance at the office is required at least two days per week, 25 days annual leave, bonus scheme, regular internal/external training, wellness programme. JOB REF:5204.
• Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors or Legal Executives with between 1-3 Years PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
• Candidates with experience of mental capacity matters, best interests and welfare issues in the Court of Protection is advantageous.
• You will have a real interest in this area of law and be looking to progress your career.
