JOB TITLE: Insolvency Solicitor

OVERVIEW:
•It is essential that the successful candidate be capable of handling contentious cases and/or transactions related to restructuring and insolvency. You will provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs, including restructuring strategies and insolvency procedures.
•This role involves preparing and reviewing bankruptcy filings, debt restructuring agreements, and creditor negotiations.
•You will represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, advocating for their interests at all times.
•Applicants should have 4 -6 years’ PQE and experience in Restructuring & Insolvency law.
