EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR / DIRECTOR, 6+ YEARS PQE, BIRMINGHAM, £85,000+ (DOE) TOP 100 LAW FIRM – The successful Employment Solicitor will become an integral part of a market leading team, as recognised by the UK’s leading legal directories - JOB REF: 5089

OVERVIEW:
• Excellent salary plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, discretionary bonus, pension scheme and cycle to work scheme.
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE with health and social care employment expertise and experience.
• You will advise on employee relations matters including internal disciplinary/grievance/capability processes, reviewing policies and procedures and contracts, advising on equalities obligations, Employment Tribunals, TUPE processes including inputting into drafting of commercial agreements.
• You will have a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment experience, ideally gained within financial services, general commercial, higher education, housing, health and social care.
