THE ROLE:
An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a firm with offices across the West Midlands. The successful Family Solicitor/Legal Executive will be responsible for their own mixed caseload of Privately Funded cases. The caseload will be comprised of divorce/dissolution of civil partnerships, financial work, children matters and domestic violence.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have at least 2 years’ prior experience in handling their own caseload of public Family Law matters. The appointed Family Solicitor/Legal Executive must be able to work to tight deadlines and perform under pressure. It is essential that applicants wishing to be considered for this role have a strong ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in an effective manner.
