Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Lawyer, NQ-3 Years PQE, Bedfordshire, £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) - A new opportunity to join a leading practice handling a mixed caseload of clinical negligence matters. OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 3 Years PQE to join a friendly and supportive Clinical Negligence Department.
• You will be confident and capable of working both independently and as part of this expanding team.
• You will be responsible for your own busy caseload and will also assist the head of the Department in the conduct of high value clinical negligence and catastrophic injury claims.
• You will have excellent theoretical understanding and practical experience in conducting claims for personal injury and/or clinical negligence from initial instruction to settlement or trial.
• You will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
