THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm and further develop the commercial property offerings as well as develop the agricultural market. Advising a diverse range of clients, the team covers the broad remit of commercial property including landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions and development matters. As a strong networker and business developer you will possess the ability to build relationships and further develop on the firm’s existing client base.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 8 years PQE and a strong track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. In addition to fee earning, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will ideally have some experience of supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team as well as some experience of developing an agricultural team.
