JOB TITLE: Head of Debt Recovery
PQE REQUIRED: My client is looking for someone who understands the nuances of debt recovery and can come in and hit the ground running
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £80,000 plus excellent benefits and an excellent bonus structure.
THE ROLE:
If ever there was an exciting time to join this law firm it is now. My client already has a well established debt recovery practice and is now looking for someone to come in and open the debt recovery department in Birmingham. You will be responsible for leading the debt recovery team and will maintain the high quality, business focused bespoke service which is already in place in the firm’s other offices. You will ultimately be responsible for building and developing the debt recovery team in Birmingham, whilst at the dame tie providing an excellent service to existing clients. You will also be required to build client relationships in Birmingham to further facilitate the growth of the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
You will ideally be currently running a debt recovery practice which is focused on B2C and will be bored working in your current firm and looking or a new and exciting challenge. You may already have a current team who you enjoy working with, who are key to your success and my client is open to having a conversation either about an individual or a team move. You will be tasked with expanding on the existing client base of the firm and also building and developing the Birmingham offering of the debt recovery team. You will act for clients in debt recovery matters and will manage a portfolio of clients whilst developing new opportunities. As a point of contact with key clients cross selling of the firm’s services will also be encouraged. You will be client focused and commercially aware with an ability to provide technical and strategic about debt collection. You will be ambitious driven and a natural leader. Not asking for much, but my client is driven in finding the right person for this role.
