OVERVIEW:
A new opportunity has arisen with this well-established firm based in Northamptonshire for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1+ years’ experience of dealing with their own caseload of private client matters. The successful Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will be dealing with a caseload of Private Client matters including but not limited to; drafting of Wills and Trusts, the administration of Estates and Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, elderly and vulnerable clients including Court of Protection work, Inheritance Tax, income and Capital Gains tax.
PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE: The ideal Solicitor or Legal Executive for this role will be confident and enthusiastic and will provide an energetic commitment to contributing to the success of the team. You will have natural inclinations and preferences for understanding the needs of clients and exceeding their expectations. The successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will ideally be a STEP member or be willing to apply to be a full member and take whatever steps are necessary to achieve full membership. Previous experience of Solicitors for the Elderly would be an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary will be dependent on experience, pension scheme, holidays.
