THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor has become available to join a busy Property Litigation team based in Greater Manchester. It is anticipated that the appointed Property Litigation Solicitor will be working with some of the most knowledgeable litigators in the market and advising on a range of matters, dealing with both commercial and residential property disputes. The firm represents a variety of developers, managing agents, investors, and private clients, including a number of household names. The firm offers hybrid working arrangements, with one day a week working from home. This role is ideal for solicitors with a strong academic background and a keen interest in property litigation.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from solicitors with 3- 5 years’ PQE and experience dealing with all types of Property Litigation. The successful Legal Professional will show a willingness to continue to expand their knowledge with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. As an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor, you will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role. Suitable candidates will be eager to learn and establish their career with this successful firm in the area of Property Litigation.
