JOB TITLE:               Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:       3 to 4 years’ PQE
LOCATION:              North Yorkshire
SALARY:                  up to c£45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor with 3 to 4 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed solicitor will handle a range of residential property transactions from start to finish. You will handle a varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. Thus, they require a talented individual to join the team and work in collaboration in growing and developing the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
Our client is keen to hear from Solicitors with 3 to 4 years’ PQE and previous experience in dealing with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for this area of law and experience in handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters. You will be extremely organised, highly motivated and be able to communicate effectively at all levels. This role is well suited to a confident individual with the desire to progress within the firm and a candidate who possess a genuine willingness to learn. You will enjoy working as part of a motivated team and will continue to build the firm’s brand in the legal market.
