JOB TITLE:            Contentious Probate Solicitor

THE ROLE:
This is as an excellent opportunity for a skilled Solicitor to join a firms Contentious Probate Team. The appointed Contentious Probate Solicitor will be dealing with a range of contentious matters relating to wills and trusts. Your role will be to advise a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations. The successful legal professional will provide supervision and support to the more junior members of the team while supporting the more senior members. The firm offer hybrid working, with 4 days a week in the office and one day worked remotely. You will be committed to teamwork and be willing to engage in business development and networking to help promote the firm and your department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with 3 – 7 years’ PQE and will have previous experience handling a caseload of contentious probate matters. The firm are considering candidates at Solicitor, Associate and Senior Associate level. You will play a key role in developing and building the department through networking and business development. The successful lawyer will have good technical abilities as well as strong client communication to offer high quality service to client. As an experienced legal professional, you will be able to use your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
