THE ROLE:
An opportunity is available to join a national practice based in Greater Manchester for an enthusiastic Commercial Litigation Solicitor with up to two years’ PQE. The firm will provide the appointed solicitor with a well-rounded caseload, covering every aspect of commercial litigation, specialising in public law/judicial review. The firm is renowned for putting individuals at the heart of its business strategy and the successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will join a team of dedicated solicitors advising a wide range of clients. To be successful in this role, the Commercial Lawyer must actively participate in the team's business development efforts to continue the success and growth of the firm.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified solicitors or solicitors who have up to 2 years’ PQE dealing with a wide range of commercial matters. Our client is seeking candidates with strong academic backgrounds and candidates with experience working in a national law firm. Your natural instinct will be to work as part of a team and to support colleagues to achieve their goals in the pursuit of your own success. To be successful in this role, the Commercial Solicitor must have good time and risk management skills whilst at all times being commercially aware. You will enjoy working as part of a motivated team and will continue to build the firm’s brand in the legal market.
