Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ-2 Years PQE, Birmingham, £Highly Competitive (DOE) - You will be working alongside one of the key Partners in the Commercial Property team and will be handling an interesting and complex caseload from day one. OVERVIEW:
• As a self-motivated, driven and intellectually flexible Commercial Property Solicitor, you will become a vital part of a top tier Real Estate team, conducting a dynamic and exciting caseload.
• The role requires a demonstrable flair for the entire lifecycle of commercial property matters, from support on site assembly to sale.
• You will gain excellent exposure to a varied range of clients, including investment companies, well known national developers, healthcare companies and retail franchises.
• Displaying excellent technical skills and a desire to excel within the team, you will be given high levels of responsibility from the outset handling a full range of real estate matters both nationally and internationally.
• You will have demonstrable experience thriving in a challenging environment and handling a range of commercial property matters, most importantly being keen to develop your knowledge and support the growth of the business.
• You will be proactive in your involvement with business development initiatives, keen to promote your firm’s image both in and out of the workplace.
