THE ROLE:
This position offers the opportunity to join a well-established law firm that provides a supportive and flexible working environment to develop and progress your career. The role will include managing your own caseload, advising on a variety of family matters, drafting legal documents, advocacy – desirable but not essential and drafting various court applications. Being actively involved in marketing and business development activities/Networking, to have a genuine passion for family law, personable and confident/articulate communicator and commercially minded.

THE CANDIDATE:
This Cheltenham law firm are looking to recruit an NQ Solicitor to join their successful family law department with a caseload of private family work. You will be able to work in a team as well as use initiative for this full time position. The appointed solicitor will have strong communication skills to build relationships with clients.
