THE ROLE:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking Costs Draftsperson to be part of a busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective, timely and efficient service to the firm’s clients and dealing with bills of costs, replies and/or points of dispute, costs budgets, negotiations and advice. The appointed candidate is expected to provide guidance and support to other members of the staff regarding cost issues. THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Costs Draftsperson will have at least two years of experience working in a similar role.
Ideally you will have experience in Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury work, as well as an understanding of working well within a team. The successful legal professional will be skilled in self-discipline and will be confident in their skills. An excellent candidate for this position will have a high level of professional competence as well as an aptitude for skill development. The firm are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone ambitious, driven, and keen to support the department.
